Raised in London and Amsterdam, Troy Titus-Adams from an early age, immersed herself in the performing arts. Dance and Drama were her passion. She trained at Mountview Theatre School, Italia Conti Stage School, Anna Scher Theatre School and WAC. She secured her first professional job touring the world as a dancer. After 2 years on tour she set her sights on London's West End, and joined the cast of Starlight Express.

Burning ambition and a love of travel, took Troy to LA via New York, where she proved to be much more than just a dancer. Suddenly, she found her spiritual and artistic calling by booking numerous roles on stage and screen as an actress.

During a routine vacation back to London, Troy secured the series regular role of Nina Harris in the U.K’s leading B.B.C drama, EastEnders, which was regularly viewed by 2 million viewers. After two years, Troy felt the call of LA again and relocated back to the entertainment capitol of the world. Within weeks of moving back stateside, her momentum was propelling her forward again when she was cast in the highly rated show Numb3rs.

Not just an actress and dancer, Troy is also an award winning short film producer having Co-founded the company Heavy Soul. She is one half of the creative team behind LA based theatre company, Critical Action.
